SimplyLead CRM ("SimplyLead", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App") available on Google Play Store.

By using SimplyLead, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

SimplyLead is designed as an offline-first CRM that stores all data locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmitany user data to our servers.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Lead Information: Names, phone numbers, emails, companies, notes, and other contact details you manually enter.
Activity Data: Call logs, follow-up reminders, notes, and pipeline stages you create.
Settings: App preferences (theme, notifications, date format, currency).

1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

❌ No contacts sync (unless you manually import)
❌ No call recording
❌ No cloud backups

• Device Information: Android version, device model, screen resolution, language settings

• Analytics: Number of leads added, calls logged, sessions (aggregated)

2. Data Storage and Security

2.1 Local Storage Only

All lead data stored in encrypted local database on your device.

• Uses Android's Room database with SQLCipher encryption
• Data accessible only by SimplyLead app
• No cloud storage or servers

2.2 Security Measures

• Data encrypted at rest (device encryption)
• App sandboxed by Android security model
• No network permissions unless explicitly requested
• Regular security audits and updates

Delete: Delete individual leads or clear all data

Since data is stored locally on your device, you have full control.
